1. The pipe bender must be operated in strict accordance with the operating regulations (key points).
2. The pipe bender must be kept clean, and the unpainted part should be coated with anti-rust grease.
3. Before starting the pipe bender, add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively according to the lubrication chart. The oil should be clean and free of sediment.
4. Regularly check and repair the switch, fuse and handle to ensure their reliable operation.
5. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing shall be replaced and filled regularly, and the operation of the motor part shall be checked regularly.
6. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob and key are damaged, and replace them in time if they are seriously worn.
7. It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment by non-designated personnel. Usually, people must leave the machine and stop.
8. Lubricate and clean the pipe bender 10 minutes before work every day.
